HR Business Partner (M/W/NB)

Job Description

As HR Business Partner, you will work alongside with the International Production HQ teams to support the elaboration of the appropriate people strategy to develop great teams evolving in an efficient organization.

Your key responsabilities will be:

Reporting to the Global HRBP of 2 business lines (Production Technology and Online Services & Production) you will support him in nurturing and growing the talents within his direct and functional team with a focus on:

• Coordinating HR processes for teams spread in many different locations, working hand in hand with the on -site HR leaders.
• Co-designing the right organization, defining the relevant job families and competencies

• Identifying high potential talent, facilitate mobility and job rotations to develop talent and build future leads with well-rounded experiences

• Assessing future needs, capabilities and building according talent acquisition, learning and compensation strategies

• Partner with the HR global Centers of Expertise to design and implement cutting edge programs.

Qualifications

What you need to be successful in this position:

• High HR experience in an international environment;
• Experience in OD and talent development;
• Exceptional people and communication skills;
• Highly collaborative approach; Excellent influencing and stakeholder; management skills in a global environment;
• Demonstrated experience driving change in a complex environment;
• High energy, resilient and a self-starter;
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
