Nimble Giant Entertainment is looking for a full-time HR Jr Analyst .
Our HR team is on the hunt for a talented, dedicated, and passionate HR analyst to join our team.
As a Junior HR you will work directly with the HR Leads, and other internal and external stakeholders.
In this position, communicational skills and flexibility are a key for success.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: collaborate with the complete hiring process
- Benefits: implementations and follow up
- HR agenda setup
- Assisting the HR team in the progression and moderation of operating policies and guidelines to encourage best practices within the company
- Assist the HR team in the various aspects of the Compensation process by implementing necessary system changes, updating process documents, conducting audits, and completing other ad hoc requirements
- Performance Management: Assist the HR team to ensure the performance feedback process is managed effectively.
- Training: Coordination of Training/Engagement initiatives with ownership over communications & logistics
Requirements:
- Human Resources or Psychology degree (or currently studying) required
- +6 months experience in Recruiting, ideally IT positions
- At least 1 year of experience in HR positions
- Strong interpersonal skills and capability to communicate with individuals at all levels and from various backgrounds
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrate initiative and proactively contribute ideas and recommendations to the team
- Availability to work both remotely and from the office whenever required
Preferred Skills:
- Strong Office skills a must. Fluency with excel formulas such as Vlookup, Pivot Tables, sumifs, countifs, min, max, average arrays preferred.
- Intermediate / Advanced English level will be a plus.
