Purpose of the role
As part of our continued growth we have an opportunity for 3 x HR Advisors to join our friendly and passionate team, and support our rapidly growing studio. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this project centric HR Advisor role, will work with the wider HR and Talent team to deliver the Frontier People Strategy as well as providing generalist HR support to people managers and colleagues across the Company.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our people managers providing day to day ER support, ensuring timely and consistent ER advice and coaching to build capability, develop rising stars and support talent retention, where required
- Track, monitor and report on a wide range of key HR data/metrics, providing recommendations to management based on data analysis
- Case management including advice, guidance and support on performance & capability reviews, absence management, resolution of grievance and disciplinary issues etc
- Support the HR Business Partners with the development and delivery of business programmes and strategy, contributing to and owning a range of HR projects across the full employee life cycle, such as succession planning, benefits & reward, L&D, annual staff surveys, change management etc
- Manage stakeholders & partnerships internally across HR and other departments to ensure cohesive, timely, seamless and effective delivery of project goals
- Work closely with the HR Business Partners to evolve people processes and structures, identifying gaps for continuous improvement
- Write and present information briefings on a range of HR related topics, projects and initiatives
- Act as the first point of escalation for HR Assistants for HR queries, and general point of HR expertise to your wider teams/departments
- Ensure all HR policies are in line with employment law, writing and developing policies polices where required, and provide advice and guidance to managers
- Maintain the integrity of our employee data in our HRIS.
About you
- Preferably CIPD level 5 qualified or working towards qualification.
- Demonstrable experience in an operational HR role preferably within the technology industry or similar with a fast paced environment
- Excellent understanding of UK employment law with experience in handling sensitive employee relations issues
- Analytical with the ability to identify trends and take action accordingly
- Comfortable implementing processes and challenging the status quo
- Ability to prioritise issues, foresee and manage potential conflicts
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Pro-active with a continuous improvement approach.
