HR Administrative Assistant (Temporary Role)

We are urgently seeking a HR Admin temp – available to start immediately – for a period of 2-3 months.
The main duties and skills will be as follows:
Assistance with onboarding of new employees and offboarding for those leaving the company
Knowledge of foreign document checks, work permit applications
Arranging Medical appointments for employees
Health & Safety training coordination
Entering employee personal data in our HR systems
Assistance with training coordination
Lending support to the wider HR Team where feasible
Fluent English with a flexible and friendly attitude
Requirements
Excellent organizational skills, fluent English & Polish, friendly & flexible approach. Background in HR is preferred though not essential. This is a temporary role for a period of 2-3 months to cover our peak season. We are looking for someone who is available immediately. This role will be attached to the HR Department of Keywords, Katowice
