HR Administration & Payroll Specialist

Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for an HR Administration & Payroll Specialist, who will be a part of Serbia HR Team, which supports the newly established and very fast-growing organization in Belgrade. HR Administration & Payroll Specialist will provide support in the development of Serbian office in various aspects of the HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, relocations, transfers, vacation tracking, sick lists tracking, bonus calculations, HR statistics and reporting, private medical insurance, migration.

It is a great opportunity for a mature HR Administration & Payroll Specialist to join and professionally grow together with the new team when building and strengthening HR agenda.

What will you do?

• Be a point of contact for Belgrade employees
• Full scope of HR Ops work related to HR administration and payroll
• Issuing documents and responding to inquiries related to salary and other income
• Maintain employee database and staff records
• Entering payroll data and ensuring all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
• Actively participate in the implementation of new personnel management processes
• Collaborate with other segments for HR related matters (finance, administration, legal, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures, as well as with labor law requirements

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of related experience on HR admin and payroll positions (preferably in companies with over 500 employees )
• Deep knowledge and solid practical experience in area of Serbian Labor Law, Personal income tax and other income related legal parameters
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (experience within cross-cultural environment is a plus)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Responsible and able to work with confidential information
• Computer literacy: strong in excel, HRMS (is a plus)
• Fluency in English and Serbian
