HR & Admin Executive

We are currently looking for professional, experienced candidates to become members of our growing global team.
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for supporting the life cycle of recruitment, training & development, company event planning and all other administrative or front desk duties.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform full cycle recruitment including sourcing, identifying suitable candidates, drafting of job advertisement, scheduling interviews, administering assessments tests and placement.
- Manage the training administration process including enrolment, payment, maintaining training records and post training evaluation.
- Liaise with internal and external training providers to design and deliver training and wellness programs.
- Handle the on boarding / separation process including orientation, account creation, asset issuance & collection, courier arrangements, exit interviews, and liaising with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
- Coordinate with corporate insurer with regards to new coverage, renewal, cancellation of insurance.
- Assist with work visa application, renewals and cancellation, and monitor work pass quota allocations.
- Assist in preparation of employment letters including employment contracts, confirmation and terminations.
- Be an ambassador of wellness and safety in the Company
- Perform all receptionist related duties including answering phone calls, sorting of mail, booking of meeting rooms, etc.
- Oversee all office equipment including records, procurement, maintenance, repairs and renewal of certifications
- Attend to all Admin / Facilities Helpdesk enquiry and provide a resolution within the target response deadline.
- Perform all administrative duties including pantry supply management, business travel arrangements, expense claims administration, workstation and office layout arrangements, preparation of onboarding packages etc.
- Assist in the Admin annual budgeting process, and monitor monthly budget expenditure.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience, preferably in the gaming or related industry
- Diploma in Human Resource or a related field
- Knowledge and/ or passion in the gaming industry
- Well versed in local labour laws and practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in working with people from different cultures
- Able to work independently and communicate confidently with stakeholders of all levels
- Proactive in taking up new challenges
