The mobile gaming industry is competitive and certain roles require a great deal of technical expertise. Playtika is recruiting for a limited number of roles requiring unique skills and experience.
Playtika is looking for a self-motivated Retention Manager with excellent communication skills to be responsible to retain and reactivate our top VIP players, build and execute our social plan.
Responsibilities
- To manage the potential VIPs players (around 5k-6k)
- Manage a community in FB for that group, creating activities, challenges, announcements and information about the game to keep them entertained and engaged with WSOP
- Mass communication with them through emails or FB group
- Different approach to different segments (Dormant, PRAS eligible, big spenders, etc)
Requirements
- High level of English
- Communication skills
- Experience in community management in FB – advantage
- Creative – thinking outside of the box
- Monetization oriented
- Excel & Analytical skills / Data oriented.
- Photoshop skills- advantage
- Experienced in Account Management / Customer oriented
