Job Description

The team:

You will join the Group Financial Planning team at Ubisoft International HQ.

Within this team, the Strategic Planning unit’s tasks are to assist the CEO in devising the Group’s strategic pillars, draw up the long-term plan, support emerging strategic initiatives based notably on financial modelling and analysis, and explore and promote new approaches in line with the Group’s strategy and performance.

The position’s objectives:

Reporting to Group Strategic Planning Director, you will be specifically tasked with defining and managing the Group's strategic pillars and contributing to strategic projects (tech, business models, emerging behaviours, etc.).

To carry out this mission, we seek a Senior Analyst with recognized analytical and relational skills, the ability to view the Group's strategic challenges objectively, and capable of taking a stand to influence decisions and trade-offs.

Your daily tasks will be to:

- Assist in defining the Group’s strategic choices and pillars;

- Oversee the strategic pillars via regular presentations and discussions with the Group’s various stakeholders;

- Draw up and share regular progress reports on the Group’s strategic initiatives.

- Provide your expertise in financial modelling and analysis (partnerships and external growth operations) to Ubisoft’s foremost stakeholders;

- Advise the cross-divisional teams to assist them in their strategic thinking;

- Examine business acquisition opportunities in collaboration with the Corporate Finance team.
