Group Coordinator - Publishing

We have an exciting opportunity for a Group Coordinator to join our Digital Publishing team!
This position plans employee company events, controls distribution of employee product and partners with Human Resources on corporate giving regarding sponsorships, product donations and volunteer initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Serve as an administrative lead providing guidance and support to the Digital Publishing team of 50+ people.
- Handle all travel coordination needs of the group and submitting expense reports
- Management of fast changing and complex calendars, meeting coordination for two VPs, maintaining recurring meetings on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis.
- Tracking organizational deliverables and action items.

Customer Oriented - excellent customer service skills, including strong written & verbal communication skills
Nimble - Ability to work with ambiguity and handle pressure in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment with quick turn around.
- Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus in business, HR, or related fields. 2-year degree and equivalent additional work experience may be substituted.
- Minimum 5 years prior experience as a Sr. Admin Assistant/Executive Assistant or Group Coordinator in medium to large organization including support of multiple Executives..
- Highly proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint required.
- Prior experience maintaining confidentiality of IP, product plans, and sensitive data.
- Knowledge of vendor management, budgeting, resource planning and scheduling.
- Physical requirement: Office environment, able to work on computer or phone for long periods of time
- Highly proficient in technical troubleshooting preferred.
