Graphic Designer

The Agency of Wargaming (https://www.behance.net/the-agency) is looking for an experienced Graphic/Identity Designer to join the Graphic Design team.

We are the internal advertising agency of the legendary game developer with clients in 20 countries and the largest advertisement production in Eastern Europe. We are the people behind the visual style of Wargaming games and products as well as events in which the company participates.

The Graphic Design Team focused on creating and producing assets for marketing, publishing, and content activities. We support huge marketing campaigns as well as small events for Wargaming games.

We’re looking for a kick-ass designer interested in exploring new opportunities. Our ideal candidate cares about design, sees his or her mission as creating top-notch visual communication at global scale.

What will you do?

• Participate in the creation and production of significant projects for internal products
• Create creative concepts and participate in their art direction and production
• Creating high-quality designs using variety of software tools
• Communication and collaboration with the team, colleagues from other departments and customers
• Ongoing learning to develop expertise and skills

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic or Identity Designer in creative agency or design studio
• Strong hand-on skill in graphic design and branding
• Skills in composition, typography, light and color
• Communication skills and an ability to work efficiently within a team
• Positive, energetic, and able to take constructive feedback
• Attention to details
• Passion for games and design
• Portfolio that can demonstrate expertise in design
• Intermediate English (or higher)
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent graphics software
• Experience with vector graphics

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Ability to generate ideas and quickly visualize them
• Experience in art-direction and advertising
• Understanding of design trends including motion graphics
• Free-hand drawing
• Experience with JIRA
