Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer creates engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media and products. The role includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and more. A Graphic Designer needs a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.
*In this climate of constant change, candidates must be able to work and telecommunicate from home, as well as be able to work onsite if/when that becomes an option.*
Responsibilities:
- Research trends relevant to Rooster Teeth consumer base
- Work with Design leads and internal stakeholders to define requirements and outline workflow for design projects (not limited to, but including digital marketing assets, emails, banners, logos, presentations, and information graphics)
- Execute graphic design projects from initial concepts through to final delivery of finished files
- Work with stakeholders and Design leads to revise concepts based on feedback
- Organize working and final files for easy distribution
Qualifications:
- 2-4 year proven graphic design experience (Experience with licensed brands preferred)
- A strong and diverse design portfolio
- Must be a strong communicator and work effectively with a team.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
