Summary
Under the supervision of the IP Art Director, the graphic designer will be responsible for designing and producing various communications and marketing tools for Reflector Entertainment, as well as IPs in development. The candidate will propose creative solutions in both digital and print to support the business objectives of the various corporate projects and IPs in development.
Responsibilities
- Create visual content, graphics, branding and other content for large-scale internal and external project presentations;
- Participate in the creation and production of graphic elements adapted to different digital, print, electronic or other platforms;
- Through a creative approach, contribute to the constant evolution of the company's various concepts, designs and presentation strategies;
- Contribute to the exchange of innovative and creative ideas;
- Ensure a good understanding of the business and communication objectives of internal clients in order to deliver quality projects that meet their needs.
- Work in a team environment and be attentive to the needs of others;
- Create and/or adapt all promotional tools required for marketing campaigns, communication plan and product pages (icons, screenshots, video footage, key images, logos, PR, communities, videos, style guide, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor in arts, media, graphic design, advertising design or Graphic Designer Certificate or equivalent relevant experience;
- Professional experience in a creative/communication/digital marketing agency (design, layout, typography, branding, etc.) or video game studio;
- Excellent understanding and use of composition and colour theory, and knowledge of graphic, visual and stylistic trends in art, film and video games;
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe CC (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) and 3DS Max (3D Modelling, Animation and Rendering).

- Able to work independently and make good decisions regarding the creation of promotional tools and streamline processes;
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating strong attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills in French and English, both verbal and written;
- Strong initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment;
