As a Mid-Level Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling designs across various mediums. You will utilize your expertise in print design, presentation editing (including PowerPoint), and 2D design to produce high-quality materials that effectively communicate our brand message. We are seeking a creative individual who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and demonstrate a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.

- Conceptualize and design print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and packaging, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and print specifications.

- Develop and edit presentations, including PowerPoint slides, for internal and external use, incorporating engaging visuals and compelling storytelling techniques.

- Create 2D designs for digital assets, including social media graphics, website elements, and email campaigns, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives and target audience needs.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals and brand identity.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously enhance skills and contribute to innovative design solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on print design, presentation editing (including PowerPoint), and 2D design.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital design projects, with an emphasis on creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles.

- Experience with print production processes and file preparation.

- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and software (e.g., Sketch, Figma) is a plus.
