- Partner with publishing team members to develop go-to-market strategy and multi-channel, global marketing execution for 3rd party games and Splash Damage’s live service products
- Ensure cohesive collaboration among the publishing group and its partners.
- Apply player, market and product insights to determine go-to-market approach, tactics and goals.
- Set marketing goals across acquisition, engagement, retention and evangelism
- Author campaign briefs and track campaign readiness
- Track and interpret campaign performance data and translate into actions
- Manage annual budget and report performance on a monthly basis.
- Support the day-to-day marketing relationship with IP holders, 3rd party partners and developers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred).
- Extensive experience of consumer marketing experience in gaming, entertainment or digital services.
- Solid understanding of the marketing mix and marketing strategy practices.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing, campaign management or growth in video games or relevant industry sector
- Passionate and knowledgeable about video games and popular culture with strong interest in player experiences and digital entertainment
- Self-starting and entrepreneurial with a growth mindset
- Analytical, well organized and able to work well under pressure and deliver against deadlines as part of a team
- A KPI and results-oriented person, capable of driving both tactical optimizations and media mix strategy and recommendations.
- Desire to own projects through their full lifecycle: ideation, execution, and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
