Global IT Procurement Manager (F/H/NB)

At Ubisoft’s International Headquarters, the Procurement Department is in charge of acquiring goods and services for Ubisoft group.

In this department, we want to be a trusted business partner, fully integrated in Ubisoft operations, driving innovation and providing business insight while both ensuring and continuously improving our service. Part of the Global Procurement team, the Global IT Procurement Manager is in charge of managing a growing team of IT buyers. The current eight team members are based in Paris, Montreal and Shanghai. They are in charge of procuring goods and services for IT Department projects and operations.

As the Global IT Procurement Manager, your main missions are:

• You manage, recruit and drive the team of buyers toward excellence in Quality, Cost and Risk Management ;
• You act as a major interlocutor to the IT top management to maintain a constructive and strategic relationship ;
• You constantly assess and adapt resources, processes, and policies in a continuous improvement mindset ;
• You provide support and/or take over high stake negotiations when needed ;
• You demonstrate leadership with internal stakeholders, you collaborate with them to understand requirements and work on solutions in a context of constant and fast pace technological changes ;
• You provide accurate reporting to the HQ Procurement Director ;
• Finally, you collaborate with the global procurement teams and develop the external network.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you have strong experience in IT procurement, including team management, in an international environment.

• Finally, an experience in media and entertainment industry is a plus!
