Job Description

This role will oversee the entire Technicolor Creative Studios Workforce Planning function. It is a strategic role standardizing workforce planning & deployment policy, processes, measurement and KPIs across TCS, as well as overseeing the medium- to long-term planning and forecasting across Technicolor’s services lines and locations. This oversight will include the management of direct reports.

Primary Responsibilities

This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities, as our business requires all employees to be flexible and self-motivated and think creatively when facing challenges.

  1. Ensure sufficient staffing and crewing levels to allow our Service Lines to deliver their projects on time and within budget.
  2. Ensure efficient and profitable utilization of staff and crew across the Service Line.
  3. Ensure the allocation of billable talent is done within PS WFP guidelines.
  1. Increased forecasting accuracy to ensure shows and facilities are realistically and sufficiently resourced.
  2. Improved global request and approval workflows, so resourcing data are as timely, accurate, and automated/effortless as possible.
  3. A robust issues-escalation capability to effectively generate timely decisions and actions by the right team at the right level and without unnecessary hesitation or delay.
