What will you be managing in this role 👩💻
We are seeking an experienced Head of Account Management to lead our global team. Based in London, this role is to manage and build the team which provides best-in class service, maximum yield, data analysis, new product developments and technical support to our publishers in EMEA, NA and APAC.
Working closely with our sales team, the right candidate will lead the team that drives results from existing publishers and will be tasked to design and implement a best-in-class service to scale our supply-side business, increasing monetization efforts using Admix’s market leading in-play ad monetisation platform.
Requirements
Key responsibilities in this role 👩💻
- Lead the team in growing our existing supply partnerships by developing initiatives, best practices, proactively identifying opportunities and pioneering new methods to scale partners.
- Manage our AM team - provide account strategy, publisher QBR & meetings, analytics & reporting and best practices.
- Manage our TAM team - working closely with our technical support team to manage the publisher onboarding process with the Admix SDK and our DSP/ direct partners, troubleshooting and ongoing technical analysis.
- Working closely with the direct and programmatic demand teams, define best practices, Admix publisher portfolio sales packaging and internal processes to maximise our CPMs and fill rate with publishers.
- Responsible for the internal data metrics which is the basis for business reporting, defining new analytics based on publisher and internal feedback.
- Identify team hiring plans required to manage our growth globally and build out the team.
- Working closely with the product team to prioritize the product roadmap, beta testing and roll out of new features and products.
- Input to the team that monitor and analyze key business metrics and proactively report to the business on action to improve monetization efforts.
- Align with other heads of department to coordinate growth projects, drive revenue opportunities and grow available supply across the platform.
- Deliver performance reviews for monetization partners using data-driven and actionable insights.
Key experience 💪
- 7-10 years of account management/ operations experience in the mobile tech space.
- Experience managing and developing a team.
- Ability to effectively communicate and manage key stakeholder requests (written/verbal).
- Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical skills to identify, monitor, and analyze trends through the use of business intelligence generated reports, the ideal candidate will have a background in media, advertising, technology, and/or interest in numbers and strategy.
- Highly motivated, proactive, dedicated to managing accounts.
- Consistently demonstrates a ‘growth mindset’; embracing continuous learning; challenging the status quo, being brave ‘failing fast’ and rapidly iterating.
- Naturally organised with an eye for detail and the ability to turn data into insight/ opportunity.
- Driven and ambitious - the business as a whole is growing quickly, and will suit an individual who can adapt quickly in a fast changing environment.
