Global Coordinator, Social Operations & Administration

Riot Games' social channels span across numerous platforms and services to support players all across the globe. They're the primary method to engage with our highly-engaged players, supporting product releases, updates, community feedback and, obviously, memes.

As the Global Coordinator, Social Operations & Administration team member, you will be the primary support between all of Riot Games' International Social teams and our Global Social team, assisting with account management, performance, and escalating issues to Global leads. Additionally, you help support Riot's internal social policies, both monitoring and recognizing positive examples of Player-first interactions.

You have basic experience with social media administration, including working with services and platforms on account management, collecting basic metrics and analytics, and maintaining social media editorial calendars. Experience working in collaborative environments and in service-forward roles is also helpful in succeeding in this role.

The Global Coordinator, Social Operations & Administration role will report to the Senior Manager of Social Strategy on the Player Community team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the social media administrator for Riot's Global and International Social teams by managing user accounts, updates and upgrades, uploads, and libraries
• Assist with project organization, field incoming international and cross-functional requests, and oversee the day-to-day management of intake processes and policies
• Work with social media service and platform Partners on account maintenance, verification, access, and safety
• Maintain social media and digital editorial calendars
• Ensure accounts are consistent with brand assets and guidelines
• Monitor and escalate social media discussions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience working in online communities, social media, digital marketing, or equivalent
• Experience working in customer support or operational roles
• Experience with social media services (in particular Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and Twitch), including content best practices and functionalities
• Experience in maintaining editorial calendars and projects
• Experience with social media software such as Sprout, Sprinklr, and Spiketrap

Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity with Riot Games' IP and audiences
• High level of self-accountability
• Project Management and Cross-Functional support
