At our Co-Op RPG Team, we are looking to create boundless adventures that bring people together. We believe that shared experiences with a diverse and engaged community is the backbone of a great game. Our goal is to create our game with our community, engaging them at each step of our development process, to ensure we are creating rich, vibrant worlds that gamers want to come back to day after day, week after week.
Our Co-Op RPG team is currently working on an unannounced, original AAA Co-Op RPG game and eagerly welcome those collaborating, testing, and iterating with our community, and bringing gamers together in an ever-changing world. We are proud to be part of the ProbablyMonsters family of studios and we are currently looking for a world-class Experienced Gameplay Engineer/Designer to join our New Co-op RPG team. This is a unique role where passion for the tactile player experience, and an ability to bring design ideas and approaches to the table; all while supporting the team's vision is a must. You will collaborate in the design, lead a coding-side approach to content problems, and help build content for a new next-generation multiplayer game.

- You have experience writing C++ code for a shipped game. Experience with fast-paced online games a plus.
- You are passionate about working effectively with others.
- You enjoy working iteratively to find the fun and tune systems to make them shine.

- You enjoy getting out of your wheelhouse to help solve difficult problems.
- You have a "big-picture" perspective, thinking about how gameplay systems will interact with other systems.
What You Will Do:- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to help design, code, and build content.
- You will be responsible for helping build prototype/production gameplay systems, maintain stability, and help support the needs of collaborators.
- Bring a passion for helping our team do amazing things.
- Work with talented team members to craft solutions for a wide variety of unique engineering challenges.
- Build pragmatic, reliable, and shippable code and content.
Minimum Qualifications:- Professional experience making games with c++
- Experience shipping a game
- Experience creating core gameplay systems
- Experience with client and server-side networking
