About the Role:

As our General Counsel, you'll hold a central position in our company, serving as the sole legal expert responsible for steering our groundbreaking projects to success. You'll be the go-to problem-solver, collaborating closely with all departments to provide comprehensive legal guidance and support. From negotiating contracts with our partners to overseeing legal projects, you'll be the driving force behind our legal strategies, ensuring alignment with our company's goals. While you'll have the autonomy to handle a wide range of legal matters, you'll also have the opportunity to tap into external expertise when needed. You'll report to the Chief Operating Officer.

What You'll Do

• Provide legal guidance and support across all areas of the business.
• Manage various agreements, focusing on licensing, marketing and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Mitigate risks and drive legal strategies aligned with Resolution Games’ goals.

• Stay up-to-date on industry legal issues.

Requirements

• Certified lawyer with a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, ideally from a tech company or within a law firm.
• Demonstrated expertise in providing legal support within the IT industry across diverse jurisdictions.
• Strong proficiency in legal drafting, contract negotiations, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Fluency in Swedish and English, with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have

• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, labor law, and corporate governance.
• Patent law experience.

Additionally, we're looking for someone who excels in stakeholder management and is a proactive communicator. Your ability to navigate complex legal challenges with confidence and diligence will be key to your success in this role.
