Gameplay Programmer Assistant (H/F) - Stage

Job Description

• Programming various components of prototypes with a team of diverse technical and cultural backgrounds
• You will program on various subsystems, including gameplay logic, AI, player interactions, player-to player interactions, and networking, and potentially other systems like UI, physics and shaders
• You will work across a wide range of platforms, using various editors and languages (internal tech, Unreal, Unity, C#, C++,…)
• Your work will explore new gameplays and new game genres
• You may have to reverse engineer existing game systems
• Your work will cover themes sometimes outside of games, notably scientific concepts, and you may have to design and implement simulations
• You may have to build your own tools, or adapt existing ones
• You are willing to share your technical and design expertise to your coworker, in a positive and constructive way.

Qualifications

• You are a student from an Engineer school looking for a R&D internship
• You know how to develop in C# and C++
• You are not afraid to dive into the unknown and work on moonshots, using technology in the making

• Intership to fill as soon as possible
• Location : Montreuil, accessible by lines 1 and 9 of the parisian subway.
