ABOUT THE POSITION:
As a Producer, you will work closely with other producers, directors and team lead to coordinate development processes within the studio. You will be in the middle of every activity happening in the projects! Planning, observing the progress, resolving problems, gathering and passing relevant information will be your daily routine.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate cooperation between different teams
- Ensure information flow between developers and teams
- Plan and report the progress of teams‘ work. Create roadmaps and schedules
- Manage priorities to ensure the realisation of project goals
- Track and mitigate risks appearing in the development
- Own the day-to-day tasking and scheduling for the gameplay team
- Support making informed decisions with insights from leads to identify best practices, development pipelines, and resource allocation
- Support resolving any problem that the team may face during production
- Support recruitment process
REQUIREMENTS:
- Passion for games
- 3+ years of experience as a Producer
- Experience in managing cross-discipline teams would be a plus
- Teamwork attitude
- High level of self-control
- Analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- Understanding the game development process from a concept phase to the release
- Experience with project management tools
- Experience with the console certification process would be a plus
- Fluent Polish and English
