Unreal Engine Gameplay Engineer (Senior)

Seedify MetaStudios is looking for a talented and experienced gameplay engineer to join one of the most unique UGC platforms in the games industry: Seedworld. You have a strong knowledge of user interface implementation with Unreal Engine and experience setting up gameplay features for scalable PC game projects.
Responsibilities:
Game Development: Design and implement engaging gameplay mechanics, features, and systems.
Coding Excellence: Craft clean, efficient, and well-documented code to bring game concepts to life.
Collaborative Creativity: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including artists and designers, to ensure cohesive and immersive game experiences.
Prototyping and Iteration: Swiftly prototype and iterate on game ideas, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance gameplay.
Problem-Solving: Address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure seamless game functionality.
Stay Updated: Remain current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new tools to continually enhance our games.
Experience:
Proficiency in C++.
A passion for creating enjoyable gameplay experiences.
Extensive knowledge of gameplay code, systems, and mechanics.
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Experience implementing scalable solutions
Nice to have/Preffered/Bonus skills:
Experience with GAS
Experience participating in building an MMO, Metaverse or a AAA project as UE engineer
Experience in optimising, profiling and debugging in Unreal Engine 5
Team Structure:
You will be an integral part of a UE game engineering team (Seedwolrd), working closely with other UE engineers and also in contact with the design and art teams for gameplay feature prototyping or implementation guidance.
Location:
100% remote.
