This role is responsible for business development, product marketing, included creative service as well as PR & Branding. In this role, you will bring creative vision to all marketing plan of the company, with purpose to increase user performance as well as company and employer branding. You will ensure the success of marketing effort, provide challenge when needed, also enable share & development process within the team.Responsibilities
- Oversee & approve each marketing plans & actions of our local partners responsible for the publishing of some product from our catalogue
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver on joint KPIs
- Manage marketing budget with ROI mindset
- Monitor, optimize and report performance of campaigns on an ongoing basis
- Develop or social channels growth in term both of follower & engagement. Manage local agency and/or KOL
- Identify targeting segmentation and creative solutions to improve user performance
- Drive the media strategy and execute PR campaigns, company branding and employer branding including frequent media alert push
- Spread local vision’s achievements across internal channel of the group
- Hire, develop, mentor and supervise team member, identify high performers - less performers and ensure their stability
Requirements
- University degree in communication, business administration or comparable qualification
- 6+ years in operational marketing or similar responsibility
- Previous working experience in a gaming industry is a plus
- Previous working experience with global company is a plus
- Strong team player, behaves like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-management skills and self-started attitude highly valued
- Passion for game
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
