ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Game Marketing Lead to join our team and spearhead the marketing efforts for our upcoming game title.
As the Game Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and user acquisition for our games.
You will work closely with the game development team to understand the unique selling points of each game and develop compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, and influencer partnerships.
Additionally, you will analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and identify opportunities for growth.
The role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for gaming, strong leadership skills, and a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns in the gaming industry.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on the gaming industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement for PC/console games.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including paid advertising, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to internal teams and external partners.
- Creative thinker with a passion for gaming and a strong understanding of gaming culture and trends.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with game developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Previous experience with user acquisition platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) and CRM systems is a plus.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn, and iterate on marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
