Game Graphic Designer (Senior)

We are seeking an experienced Game Graphic Designer to work on one of the biggest Metaverse projects ever Seedworld .
As the Game Graphic Designer, you will be working with a team under direction of Art Director/Marketing Lead, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary designers, artists for Seedworld. You will conceptualize, pitch, and produce work of a variety of scopes to help achieve team and studio objectives. You will lead or collaborate on presentations, assets for the website, social media, and printed materials, swag, as well as contribute to the collective creative efforts of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Art Department and Marketing members to create stand-alone and series of content for UGC, Publishing, IP, Merchandise, BD etc disciplines.
- Participate in the production of graphic assets, for in-game and marketing purposes.
- Participate in the game’s public visual style and tone definition in close collaboration with the Brand Director, Brand team and the support of the project’s Art team.
- Responsible for pitching, producing, and delivering various types of assets using game engine knowledge and sometimes leveraging 3D/2D elements.
- Collaborate with other members of the team to provide top quality for the task.
- Participate in meetings, brainstorm ideas, pitch concepts and respond to feedback.
- Align priorities and deliver quality design results within time and budget constraints.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience contributing to a major feature, game, product launch, or entertainment property through the craft of graphic or communication design.
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Visual Designer or Graphic Designer
- A Graphic Design Software Expert: You are a master of Adobe CC products including photoshop and familiar with other softwares such as Figma, Canva, etc. Willingness to learn new softwares and familiarity with a secondary area such as motion graphics, illustration, animation, or modeling is a plus.
- Experienced Touch: You have a good eye for animated aesthetic designs, pushing for high-end quality is your daily work.
- A Creative Mind: You are a good cinematic storyteller with a creative mind. Extraordinary design taste and craft skills allows you to prototype innovative motion designs.
- Communicative and Collaborative: You can understand the goals of the task and product request to translate creative directions to actual memorable products.
- Driven : Your vision of both craft and an efficient design pipeline is clear and paved, you refuse to let projects pile up, finishing your work with diligence that inspires the most industrious.
- Player-Focused: You understand your impact on the player experience because you’re a player, too; you listen closely to the community to better understand their needs.
