What will be your responsibilities?

Take the direction from the Product Owner and flesh out the implementation details with the team by breaking specifications into actionable work items;
Draw up new ways of monetization and optimizing revenue together with gameplay systems balancing;
Identify the interdepartmental requirements that should be part of the teams' backlog of work;
Help to define the KPI tracking requirements as part of a feature definition;
Work with Producer to establish release plans and task tracking is accurate;
Work directly with the team during implementation to answer questions and fine-tune the features, provide initial acceptance;
Systematically analyse products, the game industry, the market, and monitor the competition.

What are we looking for?

A true passion for games and a deep understanding of the market;
Strong data analysis skills;
Google Sheets/Excel knowledge (basic scripts are nice to have);
A knack for deconstructing and benchmarking the market;
Ability to work in Agile teams;
Great communication skills and comfortable speaking with both technical and non-technical colleagues;
At least 1-2 years of commercial experience in a similar position.
