GAME DESIGNER, MOBILE

Who We Are:


Cat Daddy, a subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (TTWO) seeks a data driven Game Designer to join the team in their ongoing work on mobile titles such as WWE: Supercard and NBA 2K Mobile. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping multiple mobile games (F2P) while in a designer role and is devoted to the success of the game and the team.

What You Will Do:

• Take ownership of game systems from design to ship
• Evolve and iterate the design with product owners, designers, programmers and artists
• Document and share designs
• Manage and track progress of feature and game system development
• Learn new things to grow professionally
• Strong understanding of in game monetization

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:

• Have shipped at least two mobile/F2P game products in a designer role
• Experienced in designing and developing game mechanics and systems
• Motivated and passionate about games
• Ability to find new opportunities and additions within an existing game
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with product owners, engineers, artists and other designers
• Highly proficient with computers and software used to design games
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good team player
• Very Strong analytical skills
• Experience with system design and free to play design
• Knowledge of theories of gameplay systems
• Education in programming, analytics, or game design
