Job Description

People Can Fly is looking for the experienced Director of Game Analytics who will build, manage and mentor a high-performing team of analysts dedicated to providing insights and highlighting opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, monetization, and player experience in our current and future games. Acting as the craft lead for analytics in the studio you will work collaboratively with game design leads and publishing producers to ensure they are well equipped with the insight they need to develop and operate successful products.

In this role, you'll directly contribute to the growth of our products by helping us better understand the experiences of our players and the fulfillment of our designers' vision. The primary objectives of this position is providing support to our gameplay designers to help them create new experiences and to continue evolving and leveling up our gameplay analytics team.

A successful candidate will be a skilled leader with experience building and leading teams of analysts and data professionals. This leader will have a passion for mentoring and developing new talent and ensuring growth of individual careers. Furthermore, this leader will possess deep interpersonal skills and have demonstrated success in partnering with other game makers internally in disciplines like Product Management, Production, Design and external to the game studio by collaborating with analytics and product teams globally.
