Functionality QA Trainer

- Responsible for training requirements of the FQA department
- Assist and mentor newly on boarded and less experienced testers
- Assist leads and coordinators with test floor queries and admin
- Establish and evolve development tools, training materials and syllabuses
- Liaise with QA Management to understand business L&D needs
- Proactively execute business L&D needs
- Understand and differentiate between all key client needs and cultures
- Conduct the induction training sessions (when required)
- Keep track of, and report on, key metrics related to learning and development
- Create additional training modules upon supervisor request
- Attend monthly mentoring and goal settings sessions with Line Manager
- conduct FQA Test responsibilities when required
- Present a professional and responsible image
- Conduct ‘on the job’ and classroom training sessions
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer (preferably classroom set-up)
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business-related courses, Human Resources, or any other field
- Proficient computer skills, Office 365, etc. Experience using LMS tools is a plus.
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
