We have an exciting opportunity to work at the NaturalMotion studio in London's Covent Garden. You’ll report directly to the Senior Director of Workplace Experience, and be part of the global Workplace experience team.
Job Purpose
The Front of House - Receptionist will be a customer service-focused individual who pays attention to the details, and strives at all times to create a well polished and well-kept environment that helps attract and retain the best talent.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Accountable for driving visitor experience, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
- Ensure there is sufficient meeting space for internal staff and external visitors.
- Responsible for the maintenance and booking of all meeting rooms as and when requested.
- Organize catering requirements for ad hoc meetings and weekly catered studio lunches.
- Help set up all hands areas for monthly meetings.
- Be service minded towards employees and visitors.
- Ensure the studio is always impeccable.
- Be hands on, with a no job too small attitude.
- Meeting and greeting all guests taking care of all hospitality needs.
- Coordinate, and manage daily food and beverage stock orders and supply levels.
- Support all studio events, including weekly/monthly all hands.
- Manage all travel needs of the studio.
- Help drive energy, fun and vibrancy alongside your brilliant Workplace teammates and create a vibrant sense of community both in person and online.
- Coordinate weekly catering and social events in the studio.
- Assist with all purchasing, and invoice processing.
- Manage our security access & ID cards process.
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining an appropriate stock of stationery for the office.
- Distribute all incoming mail to relevant staff and departments within a timely manner.
- Arrange local and international couriers as requested by staff.
- Ensure all sensitive information is held securely and remains confidential in line with data security policies and procedures
Skills
- 2+ years' experience working within as a front of house/Receptionist in a professional fast paced environment.
- A strong communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Excellent organization, time management and IT skills including MS Office.
- Experience of coordinating events, both internal and external, including logistics and coordination of the event.
- Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Good level of literacy and numeracy.
