At EA SPORTS, we strive to create immersive, emotionally engaging games. We are one of the leading sports entertainment brands in the world, with top-selling videogame franchises, award-winning interactive technology, fan programs, and cross-platform digital experiences.

Our FIFA development family is seeking an accomplished and talented Senior Producer to help us achieve our goals of creating great games that bring joy and outstanding experiences to all of our players, experiences that ignite the emotion of sport and are tailored to their preferences as part of our community. This is a key franchise leading role, guiding and inspiring our team from concept and ideation through production to launch and onto corresponding live services. You will report to one of our Franchise senior leaders.

As the Franchise Senior Producer, you will lead a diverse and talented team of developers that put our players first. We are inspired and influenced by the digital and analog world around us, by history, and by the future. We are curious and want to understand the 'what' and the 'why'. We remain humble, admit to missteps and mistakes, using them as fuel for our desire to learn and grow.

You will partner with production, design, visual, operations and tech leaders to contribute to a strategic, multi-year strategy. It is advantageous to have worked on AAA games and understand the scope that requires. However, your philosophy, the scale of previous roles, and your accomplishments are what we value most. You have a passion for interactive entertainment and your experience includes leading a large, direct people management, a comfort with complexity, and an ability to address challenges and achieve objectives for your team, product, organization and business.

You are adept at setting goals and objectives to lead your team, able to inspire them around a vision, and unlock their potential and productivity. You are adept at creating space for others to do great work through autonomy and accountability and understand the need to mentor and coach rather than solve.

You are deadline-driven, comfortable interacting with developers of all disciplines, and building relationships across our broader business, and cross functional teams. You are comfortable with swift and sound data-informed decision making based on business content.

If this role, our ambition, brand and team culture resonate with your passions and your experience, please contact us. We believe that our best work lies ahead of us. We can provide more engaging experiences and bring more joy to our players. We are intent on pushing the boundaries of our game and business, and we want your help and expertise in doing so.
