What will you be doing?
We’re looking for someone to close franchise deals for the company.
1) Convert leads and close them: you’ll need to be smart, persistent and aggressive in supporting the Head of Franchise Operations to optimize our lead conversion and you need to be empathetic and aggressive in closing our future franchisees.
2) Executing on our franchise sales plan: you’ll be responsible for executing on our franchise marketing plan under the direction of the Head of Franchise Operations. We’re a true startup and we’re all wearing many more hats than is typical at a larger company. We are looking for someone to help increase our lead conversions and optimize our marketing channels.
3) Manage and monitor the franchise pipeline: you’ll also be responsible for supporting the Head of Franchise Operations in managing the pipeline of leads through our end to end sales process.
4) Act as an brand ambassador: We want someone who can confidently articulate our unique technology and convey it to prospects who may not presently be familiar with virtual reality.
5) Update and maintain our CRM system : You’ll be tasked with maintaining leads in our existing CRM system and evolving it to manage the lifecycle of relationships. You’ll provide management with reports and an analysis of the sales pipeline including lead conversion metrics, sales ratios, cost of leads and based on the analysis propose efficiencies.
Who are we looking for?
- We are looking an experienced and motivated salesperson to take on the role of Franchise Sales. The ideal person is an early adopter of new technologies and is able to easily explain technologies to those less knowledgeable.
- We are looking for someone with at 3+ years of franchise sales experience ideally in food and beverage or entertainment.
- We are building the future of entertainment and we are looking for a team member that understand the hustle involved in doing something new.
- We are looking for a self starter who can work outside a traditional office environment. Your weeks will be filled with on-site meetings at our local facilities in the Bay Area or Southern California, team meetings at off site locations, and home based work.
- We are looking for someone who is process oriented and understands how to build communication systems across the lifecycle of the sales process with Franchisees.
How can you really impress us?
- If you’ve got a demonstrated track record closing deals with the rolodex to prove it. You’ve been around long enough to have tested many different approaches to franchise sales and have the war stories to share about your time in the trenches.
- You’ve had your failures because you weren’t afraid to try. You learned from every effort, good or bad, and are eager to apply all those lessons to an opportunity where you are going to leave a big mark.
- If you’ve worked with large and small franchises and you can articulate how to get from here to there. We are looking for someone with the experience to help shape the future of our franchising sales and marketing system.
- You have experience working with franchisees from close all the way through opening day and understand the operations side of teh business.
