Franchise Marketing Producer

We are Guerrilla, the Amsterdam-based creator of the celebrated Horizon series dedicated to pushing the boundaries of gaming. We are looking for a skilled Franchise Marketing Producer to join our team and help us continue to innovate in the industry.

Our Franchise Team

The Franchise team strives to establish, maintain and expand the Horizon brand. This includes looking after the communications, marketing, licensing, co-development, media productions and all other franchise building aspects of the Horizon universe.

Job Overview

The team is looking for a Franchise Marketing Producer to implement creative content productions, supporting marketing and community campaigns for a variety of Horizon projects. In this role you will work closely with the internal creative team, as well as with freelancers and external agencies, to drive productions. You will plan briefings, schedule tasks and see productions through from concept to completion.

We are looking for somebody who has a strong passion for games and who is curious about helping build successful marketing campaigns, who has great social and interpersonal skills and a positive, teammate mentality. What you will do

As Franchise Marketing Producer at Guerrilla, we will look to you to:

• Produce digital marketing and content strategy with internal creative teams;
• Collaborate with creatives during production from concept through completion.
• Build and maintain production schedules, achievements, and monitor progress of those schedules.
• Contribute to innovative and creative solutions during production.
• Nurture relationships with internal and external partners in order to drive a project forward and coordinate regular meetings with the project teams to discuss status, resolve issues and share information
• Work with SIE Publishing in driving marketing campaign activities.
• Build asset delivery schedules and provide regular updates on tracking.

Who you are

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Are proficient in English and possess strong communication skills;
• Have 2+ years experience in project management, media or marketing asset production;
• Have experience in running production tracks of graphics and multimedia content, photography, videography;
• Are detail oriented, curious, willing to innovate and explore constantly;
• Understand brand guidelines and always strives for high quality;
• Are a problem-solver with good analytical and project management skills;
• Are a structured collaborator who understands the importance of clear communication;
• Are able to handle competing priorities and multitask in an evolving environment;
• Have a strong ability to collaborate with multiple international teams;
• Are a self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to final resolution;
• Have the ability to communicate with varying levels of collaborators, within your team and throughout the studio;
• Willing to relocate or commute to Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Plusses:

• Passion and experience working in video games;
• Extensive knowledge of Horizon Zero Dawn & Horizon Forbidden West;
• Experience working in media or advertising agency;
• Familiar with agile development methodologies.

Depending on the role, we do offer hybrid work models allowing our employees to work from home one or more days per week.
