Job Description
The position is located in Saint Mandé, in the IT department of Ubisoft and more specifically within the Financial Planning team dedicated to managing the budget of the IT activity worldwide.
Your main mission will be to provide visibility on staff costs to the Finance and HR teams as well as the Top Management. The objective is to ensure that the tools used provide the most relevant and accurate data possible.
Labor cost management at Ubisoft IT
The general mission is to bring visibility on labor as a distinct cost category, to Finance and top management. The goal is also to ensure that involved tools are built to bring the most accurate and relevant data.
Your main responsibilities will include the following:
- Staff list update: ensure tools and processes bring the most up to date staff list in IT position and budgeting applications, in constant coordination with HR and IT.
- Monthly and semester closing: perform standard data quality check at each billing milestone, manage FRA44 payroll, semesters bonuses accruals and adjustments.
- Daily rates modelling: update and follow-up standard labor rates by profile, used to forecast and bill IT staff. Improve and adapt the cost model to changes.
- Fiscal year landing forecast: provide IT headcount and labor landing and the corresponding adjustment to align with IT budgets.
- Quarterly group reporting: edit quarterly headcount communications to studios, headcount and labor reporting to HQ Financial Planning.
- Dashboarding and analyses: produce standard or ad hoc reports and analyses such as actuals vs forecast review, scenario/fiscal year comparisons with drivers, headcount target by IT team, vacation bank follow-up.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management ;
- Analytical mindset and solution-oriented spirit ;
- Excellent level in Excel ;
- English and French are required both orally and written ;
- Knowing a programing language would be a plus !
