Job Description

As a Financial Planning Analyst at Massive Entertainment, you'll play an important role in our Finance department, providing key financial services from budgeting and forecasting to maintaining compliance with our global policies and financial analysis. Together with a solid team of FP Analysts, you will be supporting to studio with everything from the behind‐the‐scenes details to the big‐picture with the goal of maximizing efficiency and quality of all processes and objectives.

You'll be reporting to the Financial Planning Manager and working closely with a wide range of stakeholders in our organization (including Game Producers) to solve ever‐changing financial challenges to help create amazing video games in a world class studio.

What you'll do

• Creating, maintaining, and challenging financial forecasts for our game projects (costs as well as revenue).
• Creating and maintaining financial forecasts for the overhead studio costs.
• Ownership of multiple financial tools used for forecasting, time reporting, analyzing, among others.
• Communicating with various stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Building, maintaining, and improving several internal processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Proactively working with long term studio plan, with focus on analyzing & optimizing future staffing.
