Financial Controller

Resolution Games is a VR / AR studio focused on creating immersive experiences for all - from gamers to non-gamers alike. We are now looking for a Financial Controller to join our Operations team. About the role

In the role as Financial Controller you will work with a wide range of financial tasks in a fast-paced scale-up. Not only will you be responsible for creating monthly, quarterly and annual reports, the role also includes treasury, financial analysis and ad hoc business case tasks and potential M&A responsibilities. The company is in a rapid growth stage, which means you will be essential in forming this team and the culture for the future.

You will be a part of Resolution’s operations team that includes Finance, Legal and People & Culture.

What you´ll do

• Quality control financial statements and create monthly, quarterly and annual reports to shareholders
• Follow-up on profit and loss statements, prepare budgets and forecasts of the Swedish and our foreign entities.
• Treasury tasks including liquidity forecasts and review payments
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and business analysis related e.g. to acquisitions, Gross Profit drivers, Growth drivers, etc.

Requirements

• Academic degree within the area of Finance, Business Administration, Economics or similar
• A proven track record of working a minimum of 5 years in Financial Controlling and/or Financial Analysis
• Strong know-how in group consolidation
• Very good system knowledge (and ability to adapt to new systems) and high degree of literacy in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Fluent in English and Swedish

Nice to have

• Tax and transfer pricing skills
• International group financial experience
• Professional experience working with stock option program
