Finance Manager

[ ABOUT THE ROLE ]

Krafton India is looking to hire a Finance Manager who has completed Chartered accountant with 4-5 years of experience in Big Four Audit companies. Should have knowledge in SAP and coordinate with Corp Dev team in India regarding financial reporting matters.

[ RESPONSIBILITIES ]

1. Monthly books closing in ERP and Excel Package of HQ and preparation of monthly invoice to HQ.
2. Handling statutory audit & tax audit from inception till closure.
3. Managing Accounts Payable process - Document management, Invoice processing, vendor maintenance, Database corrections of vendor information, Intercompany Non-Trade payments, and handling exceptions
4. Ensure all vendor invoices and reports are processed timely, Tracking of Employee reimbursements and approving them on time as per reimbursement cycle.
5. Coordinating with Consultants for various Direct Tax & Indirect Tax filings – GST Returns, TDS returns, Income Tax Return, TP compliance etc. This includes preparation of Data and solving additional queries if any from consultants. Ensuring statutory payments – TDS, GST, PF etc are done timely.
6. Handing Expat related requirements in relation to withholding tax, Income tax return filing etc for expats working in India and coordinating with consultants for the same.
7. Tracking of Budget allocated for the Indian entity and highlighting challenges if any to respective teams & management.
8. Becoming the bridge between HQ and Corp Dev team in India regarding financial reporting matters, including understanding and reviewing financials of our portfolio of Investee companies, giving inputs to Corp dev team on such financials, and providing any clarifications on any financial aspects as required by HQ.

[ REQUIREMENTS ]

• Completed Chartered accountant (within 2 attempts) with 4-5 years of experience in Big Four Audit companies
• 2-3 years in Big 4 Audit + 1-2 years in Industry
• Knowledge of SAP mandatory
• Income Tax/GST/ Transfer pricing preferable
