Finance Manager

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day financial management of Immutable. This role will require a deep understanding of the Immutable business to effectively review and identify process improvements, whilst maintaining day to day financial operations.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Conduct activities in financial reporting, accounts payable, revenue reporting, book-keeping, accounting, budgeting on a daily or weekly basis as required
- Partner with internal teams to ensure forecasting, planning and actuals reporting is accurate
- Suggest and drive finance optimisation strategies
- Encourage continuous improvement for planning and forecasting processes
- Conduct daily operation cash management activities
- Drive the transition to ensure accounting occurs in-house
- Continually identify and suggest processes and improvements to processes, documentation all key deliverables
- Mentor and potentially manage current and future team members
You’ll have:
- 1+ years professional experience post qualification (CA or CPA)
- Bachelor's qualification in Finance, Accounting or Economics or relevant field Technical accounting experience in IFRS + US GAAP
- Experience working in Audit and Assurance
- A desire to mentor and manage junior staff members
- An innovative approach to process improvement
- An ability to stay organised while prioritising objectives in an ever-changing environment
Some extra skills that would be awesome:
- Fintech exposure and an understanding of the Financial Markets
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
