Our projects continue to push forward the boundaries of VR and we’re looking for talented people to help us turn them into a reality. Our talented studio now has over 150 people and has been assembled from world-leading games developers and publishers.
We are looking for a motivated and capable Finance Intern to join us for a 12 month placement, to enhance their skills with real-world training whilst helping balance books and count beans – the money kind that is! If you’re looking to progress your accountancy skills and have a pro-active, enthusiastic approach to finance we’d love to hear from you.
This internship will help you acquire skills utilising industry tools, an understanding of the development process and real games industry experience all while working alongside high level professionals.

You Will Be:
- Assisting with accurate processing of supplier invoices, in order to provide the business with meaningful reporting data.
- Managing the processing of credit card entries and expense claims in time for each month-end.
- Reconciliating bank entries via the Company's accounting system in a timely manner.
- Working with the IT and facilities teams to maintain an accurate Company fixed asset register.
- Supporting successful data migration to the new accounting system, due to go live in July.
- Maintaining the integrity of supplier, customer, department and employee records within the new expenses and accounting systems.
- Implementing and maintaining key financial processes and controls at nDreams, demonstrating willingness to continually improve our processes.
- Supporting the Finance and wider Operations Team by assisting on other ad hoc work and projects.

Essential capabilities
- Studying towards an Accounting and finance degree (or similar)
- Experience of working in a finance role desirable
- Willingness to learn and progress within the role
- Results focused, pro-active and enthusiastic approach
- Excellent attention to detail and an open communication style
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and comfortable using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
