Summary

You will join us as our new Finance Director with a focus on developing the FP&A function within Pixel United. You will be a genuine finance business partner to the organisation and will support the consolidated reporting, analysis, insight, forecasting and budgeting.

You will be joining a top 5 games publisher in Pixel united with 3 major operating businesses in Product Madness, Plarium and Big Fish games. This is a global organisation of over 3000 employees in 20 different locations

What you'll do

• Prepare the weekly and monthly reporting for leadership team and Aristocrat Group review (KPI report, monthly actuals vs plan, etc.)

• Support the budgeting and reforecasting process for Pixel United and studios.

• Monitor and report the Pixel United Group spend – Annual Plan, Reforecasts, monthly actuals.

• Monitor and report the performance of games in portfolio (growth, return on marketing investments, profitability, KPIs, etc.).

• Partner with other teams – HR, Product, Data Science, Business Development, M&A - in supporting the growth and development of the business. • Support new games modelling and forecasting – including scenarios analysis, ensure updated forecasts reflected in overall Reforecasts and Plan. Input into new games business case and ultimate (forecast) and decision-making process.

• As part of the Pixel United finance team, work closely to ensure all aspects of spend have been considered and recorded during the forecasting and planning process.

• Support reporting and analysis to Senior Management and to Group Finance. Includes any additional Half Year and Year End reporting.

• Support the implementation and integration of new systems (BI tool, planning and budgeting, etc.).

• Foster continuous improvement and efficiency across Pixel United.

• Support cost efficiency initiatives.

What we're looking for

We are ideally looking for you to have the following skills and experience

• Previous experience in digital B2C or technology sectors highly preferred. Experience working with digital platforms, App developers and/or in the video games industry an advantage.

• Experience within a senior finance position

• Excellent understanding of finance systems, including BI tools.

• Experience with finance & business processes implementation and improvement. • Solid analytical and decision-making skills.

• Advanced Excel skills and solid analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills.

• Demonstrated financial acumen and/or analytical experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.

• Investment analysis & modelling of business cases.

• Experience defining business requirements, evaluation of solution options/alternatives, business process and business process documentation.

• Experience in international finance business partnering role.
