Role Overview: Our Commercial Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team provide insight to partners to make informed decisions to lead EA's performance. With a focus on revenue, the primary responsibilities of this position will be as a Finance Partner to the Digital Partners team and as an internal support to the Commercial FP&A group

You will be to be based in one of the European hubs of Geneva, Lyon, Guildford or Bucharest and you will be part of the Commercial FP&A Corporate team, reporting to the Finance Director based in Geneva, Switzerland.

What You'll Do:

• Finance partner to our Digital Partners Team providing revenue reporting and financial assessments of programs
• Consolidation aid for the Commercial FP&A team through our Actuals and Forecast cycles
• Technical support for Anaplan forecasting application and coordinating with IT teams
• Identify and lead projects to improve forecasting and reporting tools

Who You Are:

• Passionate and independent
• Technical ability, comfortable with data handling from diverse sources and applications
• Finance / business background to understand commercial context
• A team player

Experience and Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 2 years or related financial experience
• Experience with Business Intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, VBA, Analytics tools.
• Expertise in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets
