Role Overview: As a Content Designer, you will work with other designers to develop game content, including level layout, characters, abilities, events, and more.
Role Responsibilities
- Work with our IP and brand guidelines to create authentic experiences
- Build gameplay scenarios and tutorials using proprietary gameplay editors
- Help us create numerous live events out of templates provided by game and economy designers
- Work with the level designer to help create full experiences of levels, player encounters, and other conten t
- Create content using large number of diverse XML files and proprietary XML editing tools
- Use p4 for revision control operating between streams for live content, soon-to-be live content, and far future content
Role Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s program and slated to graduate in Spring 2021 or beyond
- You have some experience designing level layouts and with content tuning
- You have familiarity with file-based implementation (json, xml, html)
- You have experience with IP and are familiar with the mobile gaming market
- You are proficient in organizing content and information in a comprehensible way (using flow charts, slides, and clear documentation)
- You have a desire to build, see results, learn, and iterate in an evolving environment
- You enjoy interconnecting game elements to create a holistic product
- You are comfortable reviewing data and translating insights into team decisions
