Facilities Specialist

The Facilities Specialist role provides support for a variety of projects/requests including mail distribution, assisting with corporate events, maintaining spreadsheets, updating our Intranet page, space planning and maintaining facility operations.
What You’ll Do
- Posts, checks and delivers the mail daily.
- Re-stock all office supplies and equipment in designated areas.
- Sets up conference rooms for weekly executive meetings; ensures conference rooms are ready for the next day’s meetings.
- Ensures kitchen areas are organized and stocked with supplies.
- Daily maintenance of equipment through-out the office, scheduling service calls when needed.
- Coordinates and assists with employee and departmental office moves.
- Assists with employee events, coordinates deliveries, set-up, tear downs as necessary.
- Assists with facilities ticket requests.
- Performs other special projects as assigned by the Facilities Lead
What You’ll Bring
- 1-2 years’ experience in Facilities or corporate property management role
- Experienced user in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrable interpersonal and administrative skills
- Experience and familiarity of iOffice software is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience

What to Expect
We offer a professional, fun and creative work environment. While we maintain a good balance between work and life, additional hours may be required at peak times or for specific initiatives. Travel between office locations internationally may be required on occasion. Because of the physical nature of this job, this role will require an employee to lift and carry heavy equipment or boxes up to and potentially exceeding 50 lbs.
