Supermassive Games are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team.
The role would suit an organised and experienced professional with a customer experience background, who understands the importance of support services and meeting client expectations.
Part of a team of four, the role has a primary focus on coordinating this team across our two offices.
Responsibilities
- Excellent prioritisation skills for the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
- Helping with facilities planning.
- Liaising with the building administration regarding any issues with the provided facilities.
- Daily checks of facilities like meeting rooms, kitchens, etc. to ensure they are tidy and all equipment is present and all equipment is present and working
- Ensuring the offices are clean and tidy, liaising with our cleaning partner.
- Security Systems: Managing day to day operations.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Arranging health and safety risk assessments, DSE, Fire Marshalls, fire evacuation.
- Maintaining Studio Space Planning: Desk Allocation and help organising desk moves.
- Helping plan and execute ad-hoc onsite events, launch parties, client visits, press events, etc.
- Asset Lifecycle Management: from purchasing to secure asset disposal.
- General Office Admin: Stock control on studio essentials, signage, organizing couriers and ensuring phone enquiries are directed appropriately.
- IWFM qualification is desirable but not essential.
Requirements
Skills and Experience required:
- Able to demonstrate relevant experience in Facilities Management.
- Highly organised and able to rapidly switch between different tasks of differing complexity.
- Able to work unsupervised, work to deadlines and have a flexible attitude.
- A stickler for attention to detail.
- Able to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the studio’s work.
- Able to work as part of a team, but also be self-motivated when working alone.
- Resourceful and adaptable.
- Able to effectively communicate with a broad range of individuals.
- Willing to take on new challenges and learn new things.
- PC-literate including good Microsoft Office skills.
- Passionate about helping people
