Executive Project Manager for CEO Office

Job Description
Ubisoft is looking for an experienced, results-driven Executive Project Manager with a demonstrated standard of excellence, to support the CEO and top management with daily tasks and challenging projects.
The position requires a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company.
Responsibilities:
You will report directly to the CEO, work closely together with the top management team and ensure continuous effective support.
Planning & Organizing:
- Organizes meetings, conferences and travel arrangements for the CEO and top management;
- Plans daily office activities for the CEO and top management, still determining their priority according to the significance;
- Enhances the CEO’s effectiveness by making sure that all administrative, protocol and logistic tasks at the level of the CEO's office are taken care off by the responsible department;
Internal/External Communication:
- Serve as key interface with CEO's internal and external stakeholders;
- Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments by furnishing and obtaining information;
- Organizes and prepares complex documents, reports or correspondence requiring the integration of multiple office technology and software applications for the CEO and top management;
- Handle the organization of specific meetings or small events for the CEO and top management;
Business travel planning:
- Responsible for organizing business trips for the CEO and top management by working closely with the travel responsible;
- Coordinate and develop itineraries and agendas and/or other transportation and accommodations for the CEO and top management.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 2+ years of work experience providing executive support and assistance at management level;
- University Degree or equivalent;
- Good knowledge of office management;
- Experience with MS Office tools;
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities;
- Assertive, proactive, people oriented;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Business English and Romanian, French is an advantage);
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and deal with professionals inside and outside the company.
