Job overview

We are looking for an industry leading E xecutive P roducer with AAA experience to boldly deliver the next breakthrough global Free-to-Play phenomenon.

We are privately owned by Wargaming.net, fully funded, and have our eyes set on launching the next great free to play combat game. We don’t need our EP in quarterly earning calls, or debating the right quarter for launch, or having to manage the P&L to hit revenue projections. We need you leading, commanding, driving and inspiring game development.

Our studio has been built from the ground up to build this new game, we recruit people who share our love of online digital hobbies and want to make an important game that will matter.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to lead development on a brand-new game, with a new IP.

We are looking for a strong leader who knows how to set strategy, develop tactics, and initiate action from a team of 160 people internally and through a number of outsourcing partners developers.

Strong understanding of combat games, live online games and dealing with the cut and thrust of AAA development is essential.

Reports To

This position is based in Guildford, UK and reports to the Product Director

What will you do?

• Directly manage a team of Producers and responsible for each aspect of the game
• Mentors areas of quality, scheduling, communication and time management while motivating and guiding the senior management team
• Enhance relationships with developers, licensors, and internal departments including Executive Management, Publishing, and Operations
• Identify and promote efficient and innovative solutions to increase quality & speed.
• Provide regular evaluations for direct reports and provide measurable growth goals
• Responsible for hiring and training new employees while fostering and enhancing our company culture and external studio relations
• Reports to the Product Director

What are we looking for?

• Eight plus years experience producing or developing console and PC games from conception to live
• F2P experience
• Excellent understanding of game production and all its aspects
• Extensive experience as a Senior Producer / Executive Producer for a major title
• Positive attitude and outlook
• Great project management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and analytical in decision making
