We are seeking an experienced Executive Producer to join our team, reporting to and working closely with our Founder to deliver our high-value IP. As Executive Producer, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of our mobile games, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining exceptional quality. As the Executive Producer, you will leverage your expertise to help create the best possible gaming experience for our players. Your exceptional communication, teamwork, and leadership skills will be vital to the success of our projects. ● Collaborate with the Founder and cross-functional teams to create an immersive gaming experience for our players

● Utilize a deep understanding of the gaming industry and player preferences to inform our unique IP's development strategy

● Manage and mentor the Production team, fostering a culture of communication, creativity, and accountability

● Oversee project schedules, progress toward milestones, and manage budgetary considerations

● Ensure clear and consistent communication across the development team, addressing potential issues proactively and keeping stakeholders informed

● Collaborate with colleagues and partners to manage budgets, headcount, and project timelines

● Encourage a continuous feedback loop within the development team to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum

● Serve as a liaison between Executive Leadership and Leads, effectively addressing and resolving roadblocks

● 8+ years of experience as an Executive Producer, having overseen and shipped a number of Mobile Games and AAA games through the full development cycle, from concept to launch

● Proven track record of developing and executing efficient pipelines and production strategies that resulted in shipping successful games

● Extensive understanding of project management and software development methodologies

● Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as creative, art, design, and engineering

● Proficiency in scheduling and project tracking software

● Exceptional risk management abilities and proactive problem-solving skills

● Strong desire to stay informed about game and production team developments

● Familiarity with bug reporting and related software

● Ability to motivate and build strong partnerships at all levels within the company

● Passion for video game development across all platforms

● Competitive U.S. Base Salary between $193,000 and $261,000
