About our team: We are starting a new team composed of a mixture of veterans of EA/EA SPORTS and new talent from across industries. With some of the most valuable sports IP in the world, and the resources EA has to offer, we have access to the capabilities needed to deliver amazing new experiences for an expanded audience of players worldwide.
About the role: Reporting to the team VP, the Lead Producer will build the product team, ensuring that we deliver the best possible experience for our players. Partnering with the game Creative Lead, you will lead the vision for and experience of the game. You will build relationships across EA SPORTS and other EA franchises to ensure that we tap into the collective talent that the world's largest independent game publisher has to offer.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the vision and experience of the game.
- Build the Product Management team for the game.
- Establish roadmaps for game experiences, aligning with the broader goals of EA SPORTS titles and EA.
- Use insights to create feature goals that focus on ideation and spur creativity across the team.
- Guide team culture as part of the leadership team to build a highly engaged team.
- Work with Production, Art, Design, and Engineering leads to improve quality, communication and coordination.
- Partner with Development Directors to manage the project schedule, milestones and sprint deliverables.
- Partner with Art, UX, Engineering, QA, and Design teams to ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables are met.
- Engage with other partner teams including publishing, marketing, finance, legal, consumer insights, and game analytics.
- You will be the bridge between the Design team and Project Managers, overseeing what experiences we build, why we build them, and managing the delivery of them to our players.
Your Qualifications:
- An experienced Producer or Product Manager with 12+ years of experience in game production, entertainment, or technology-focused roles.
- A love for working with a diverse group of people to accomplish something great as a team.
- Demonstrated experience pioneering, and encouraging others to consider different perspectives.
- A master of influence, helping others understand and become passionate about their work.
- An accomplished mediator and resolver of conflicts.
- Familiar with scrum and agile development concepts.
- Experienced in using data and insights to inform planning.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $221,900 - $327,350
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $198,450 - $327,350
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $198,450 - $327,350
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $198,450 - $295,650
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $198,450 - $295,650
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
