Compulsion Games is a first-party game studio and subsidiary of Microsoft’s Xbox Game Studios, located in Montreal, Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO's calendar, including both professional and personal appointments;
• Assist in scheduling meetings, both work-related and personal engagements;
• Prioritize and manage emails, ensuring the CEO's attention is directed to the most important items;
• Manage multiple inboxes, including Microsoft and Compulsion email inboxes;
• Maintain regular communication with the CEO to stay updated on priorities and upcoming events;
• Engage with key stakeholders in the CEO's sphere, including Compulsion staff, close family members, external business associates, and beyond;
• Maintain a balance of professionalism and approachability in all interactions to foster effective communication and relationship-building;
• Be readily available and easily reachable at all times

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated trustworthiness and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Have a valid driver’s license and a valid passport.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
• Exceptional organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Willingness to work at Compulsion office as needed
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders
• Successful completion of a criminal, financial, professional & educational background check is required for this role

Bonus:

• Familiarity with finance, and general international business etiquette
• Familiarity with the video game and/or the entertainment sector.
